Kerschbaum Opera Red 2021

The family-owned Kerschbaum winery is located in Mittelburgenland, a prominent wine-growing region in South East Austria. Opera Red is a blend of hand-harvested grapes, Blaufrankish 60% and Merlot 40%. It features red and dark fruit aromas with a well-rounded mouthfeel. It pairs well with veal, pork and risotto.
