A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, this wine is made in a partial appassimento style with some of the fruit being dried before winemaking. The wine spends 16 months in a combo of French and American oak, creating a rich, round mouthfeel. Expect stewed blackberry, cherry and clove, and pair with caramelized-eggplant pizza, or seared duck with huckleberry sauce.
