Kindzmarauli is highly regarded as one of the top wines of Georgia; a country with an astounding 8,000-year wine history. It’s a late-harvest wine made with the local grape Saperavi (whose name means ‘paint’ or ‘dye’ in reference to the deep colour of the wines it produces) and matured for two years before release. Serve chilled with desserts, fruit, or blue cheeses.
