Koncho Saperavi 2022

This wine is made from 100% Saperavi: a late-ripening grape and one of the few whose pulp and flesh, as well as its skin, are red. Matured 12 months in oak, it’s balanced, tangy and spicy, with red and black fruit. Try it with a hearty stew.
