This wine is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, and the late-ripening, ancient indigenous variety Limnio, which contributes body and a characterful herbaceous undertone. Look for complex, ripe dark fruit, cherry, plum and spice. A wine for grilled meats and grilled veggies. Enjoy into the early 2030s.
