Red purple in colour. Aromas of wild strawberry and blueberry fruit with pleasant herbal notes. The palate shows sweet fruit with notes of cherry and fig complimented by herbs and spice with ripe tannins. Decant and enjoy with a rack of lamb, beef brisket or spicy vegetable dishes.
