Of all the wines in the La Florita portfolio, this is the only one that doesn’t come from El Peral, in the north of the Uco Valley, but from Altamira, in the south of the valley. From vines that are about 20 years old, planted on rocky soils with the presence of calcium carbonate. This offers a very subtle look at the variety, rich in herbal notes, with ripe red fruits and a texture made from fine, sharp tannins that give life and show a juicy interpretation of mountain cabernet. Score – 94. (Patricio Tapia, guiadescorchados.cl, 2023)
