La Spinosa Merlito 2020

Natural wine – no SO2 added. Indigenous starter culture (pied de cuve). Vinified in concrete and stainless steel tanks with no SO2 additions. Bright and intense purple-red colour, with fragrances of prune jam and ripe cherries. Slightly perceivable tannic hints, with renewed perfumes to the palate.
