A cooler and beautifully pure nose is comprised by fruit that derives mostly from the red side of the spectrum with additional nuances of earth and a whiff of the sauvage. There is unusually good refinement for a villages Gevrey as the delicious and vibrant medium-bodied flavors are shaped by fine-grained tannins while displaying excellent length on the youthfully austere finale.
