Laurent Ponsot Cuvée du Cerisier Vosne-Romanée 2018

Attractive sound mid purple with a pleasingly heady nose, really lovely, not over-ripe but just hit the mark. Builds a bit more heat on the palate, slightly stewed. A bit in two parts. Score – 88-90. (Jasper Morris, MW, insideburgundy.com, Nov. 2019)
