Hand harvested and wild fermented, the 3 different grapes are vinified separately and aged for 11 months in stainless steel tanks. Blend of Pinot Noir (45%), Trousseau (45%) and Poulsard (10%). The vines are between 30 and 45 years old. Bright red colour, fine tannins, very well balanced. No filtration, and no sulphites added.
