Product Details
Carignan and grenache with a splash of syrah and cinsault, this is the flagship wine of Le Loup Blanc, aged in concrete, with a portion of purchased grapes. It’s a lightweight, crunchy, juicy red, moderately more structured than the Soif bottling. Mostly fresh black fruit dominates, and tannins are light and grippy, length is good. Drink over the next 2-3 years. Tasted September 2023. Score – 89. (John Szabo, MS, winealign.com)
