L’Ecole N.41 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Dried flowers combine with black cherries, sawdust and cocoa as the 2019 CabernetSauvignon slowly unfolds in the glass. This washes across the palate with ease, displaying a balanced mix of red and black wild berries, giving way to dark inner florals toward the close. A web of fine tannins is left to linger as the 2019 finishes perfumed and classically dry. There is such a pretty balance here. Drinking window: 2024-2030. Score – 92.
