A lush and dark wine full of depth, showing cassis, black cherries, macerated violets, wax and oak bark with meaty nuances. Full-bodied, warming and powerful, this has velvety tannins and refreshing lifted acidity. Sangiovese with small amount of cabernet sauvignon. Drink or hold. Score – 94.
