Sourced from fruit grown on 30-year-old vines, this wine spent 10+ months mellowing in stainless steel vats. Its nose is intense with aromas of blackberry, blueberry and wild strawberry. Round and fresh on the palate, it develops notes of black cherry and clove. Beautiful persistence. Savour through 2030 with red meats or mature cheeses.
