The Cabernet that forms the basis of the Lux Vitis was sourced from vines planted in 2004. The fruit proved so exceptional that it warranted being used for a wine of its own rather than being incorporated into other blends. This wine includes some Sangiovese and is ripe, complex and structured, with the character and poise to cellar through 2040+. It will be ready to drink by 2024 or 2025.
