Sensations: this is more than a great wine, it is a fruit juice, exquisitely soft, a compote of blackberry, sour cherry, and cherry with a very sweet spice: its marvelous color ranges from aubergine to bluish purple. A mass of fruit with impeccable oxidative integrity, a pressed pulp with a fabulous chromatic coat, a gift of nature and of the executive oenological integrity. To figure like this, a wine must truly have a creamy extract, concentrated in power and vigor at least as much as its opaque color. Tasteful roundness appreciated despite the appearance: these blacks usually reveal the hard, chinose, tannic skin. Here, the tannins are thickening, but the flavor is very harmonious, exquisitely composed in fleshy, inky, balsamic forest berry notes.
