The Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Pinot Noir used to make this intriguing wine are specially selected and fermented separately prior to blending. Bright, ripe fruit and touches of oak spice make it an ideal barbecue wine with wide appeal. A portion of the proceeds for this wine support the G. Magnotta Lyme Disease Research Lab at the University of Guelph.
