This wine is a 50-50 blend of small-parcel Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from higher-altitude sites in the Bekaa Valley. It has good structure and depth, with generous blackcurrant, dark berry, chocolate, and a brambly/forest floor complexity. Pair this with lamb or a smoky eggplant-and-chickpea stew.
