Mas de Daumas Gassac Rouge 2022

Bitter almond, beeswax, arbutus, and black berries reflect the enchanting environment of the estate’s vineyards. The 2022 IGP Saint-Guilhem-Le-Désert Cité D’Aniane is fresh, supple, vertical, refined, and complex, with a silky, airy texture, as if the southern sun had no hold over it and it defies the scorching heat. It is an exercise in elegance, with absolutely perfect drinkability and finesse. A great wine for aging, it nevertheless does not forget to be magnificently delicious even now.
