This is the winery’s most ambitious blend. It is made up of 60% cabernet sauvignon, 25% malbec, and the rest is cabernet franc, all from vineyards in the south of the Uco Valley, just above what is known as El Cepillo. It was aged for 12 months, and the result is a wine with imposing ripeness, broad shoulders, and sweet and succulent flavors that fill the mouth. The kind of winter red for lamb curry. Score – 93.
