Masserie Pisari Primitivo 2021

Primitivo is the Italian take on the variety known in California as Zinfandel. Grapes for this wine are grown in the Conca d’Oro Valley just 10 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, which keeps things cool enough that the wine retains its crisp acidity and harmonious balance. Look for ripe cherry, brambly blackberry and leather tones and sip with lamb burgers or pepperoni pizza.
