Medium- to full-bodied showing notes of grilled thyme, dried cherry and raspberry, and fresh earth. Intense red ruby colour with garnet red rims. Pronounced notes of plum and black cherry, cloves and black pepper. Smooth velvety palate. Finely balanced between sweet and savoury, earthy and rich.
