Masso Antico Zero Alcohol Rosso

Made from 100% Primitivo (Zinfandel), this red was macerated for 10 days on the grape skins during vinification and then dealcoholized using membrane tech: the wine passes through selective membranes that gently separate water and alcohol, preserving structure and aromas. This sweet-edged, fruity wine has notes of strawberry and cherry and will pair with arrabbiata pasta, or barbecued meats served with spicy gremolata.
