“Coonawarra saw reduced yields for the 2020 vintage due to cool conditions in the spring, but the remainder of the year (particularly the critical times in and around harvest) were ideal, producing high-quality, concentrated fruit. This is a classically minty Coonawarra Cabernet with mixed dark and blue fruit, chocolate, dried herbs, clove, and oak spice. It will cellar into the mid-2030s+.
