Mastrojanni Brunello di Montalcino 2019

Restrained yet intense wine. The nose is fresh with red cherries and pomegranates, integrated violets and a rose-water touch, as well as a vibrant, schist undertone. Full-bodied and graceful, with super elegant tannins, juicy acidity and a long, tense finish. Drinkable now, but best after 2025. (jamessuckling.com,Sept. 25, 2024)
