Matetic EQ Cool Climate Syrah 2018

What a meaty syrah with plenty of dried, wild herbs. Roasted thyme, lard, graphite, dark cherries and peppercorn on the nose, following through to a medium- to full-bodied palate with a wealth of fine, seamless tannins. Spicy, long and very focused.
