Mildiani Alazani Valley Semi-Sweet Red 2022

This semi-sweet red is a 70/30 blend of Saperavi and Cabernet. It has a luxurious, caressing mouthfeel, with forward red fruit tones alongside some dark fruit and spice. Fine acidity balances the sweetness beautifully. A wine for Korean spiced ribs, or wait till the fall and enjoy it with a hearty spiced vegetable stew.
