Mildiani Alazani Valley Semi-Sweet Red 2024

This semi-sweet red is a 70/30 blend of Saperavi and Cabernet. It’s lush and generously textured, with forward red fruit, dark fruit and spice. Fine acidity balances the sweetness beautifully. A wine for Korean spiced ribs, or wait till later in the fall and enjoy it with a hearty, spiced vegetable stew.
