Montgras Organic Pinot Noir 2021

Sourced from red clay, this Pinot Noir was fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel. As a result, it’s notably perfumed and floral, with a delightful primary purity and brightness to the strawberry, red cherry and mixed red fruit tones. Elegant, fresh and compelling. A great wine for mushroom-based dishes, roast chicken, or grilled salmon.
