Mountadam Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Cabernet sauvignon from high up in the Eden Valley, around 550m above sea level. Deep crimson and a touch broody on the nose with deepset blackberry, blackcurrant and black cherry fruits. Hints of blackberry conserve, mixed spice, sage, bay leaf, licorice, blackforest cake, cedar and crushed stone. The wine brightens on the palate, aromas transposing neatly with a pastille-like brightness to their travel, rocky tannin grip and a bright mineral line. Special Value. Drink by: 2035.
