Mt. Monster Shiraz 2019

This wine is sourced from terra rossa soils in the Limestone Coast’s Padthaway Valley. Winemaking is geared to preserving and highlighting the aromatics of the region’s Shiraz, complementing the lifted, floral tones with a ripe, fruit-driven palate featuring cassis, dark fruit and spice.
