This wine is mostly Negroamaro with a dash of Primitivo. Both varieties are sourced from vines that grow in soils rich in calcareous stone and benefit from cool morning breezes, allowing for good balance and freshness as the grapes ripen. Look for tangy dark berry, spice and earth, and pair with grilled chicken or mildly spiced ribs.[Luca Maroni tasting note not available.] Score – 96. (lucamaroni.com, 2024)
