Noble Hill Cabernet Sauvignon Simonsberg Paarl 2017

Grown on the slope of the Simonsberg mountains where Cabernet grapes have been cultivated for over 300 years. Aromas of cassis and mint on the nose with black fruits, cedar and hints of spice on the palate, underlined by robust tannins and a lengthy finish. This wine will age gracefully through 2027. Serve with red meat.
