Syrah and Grenache grapes are handpicked, fully destemmed, and undergo malolactic fermentation. It is aged in oak barrels for nine months, while 40% stays in stainless steel. Black cherry, redcurrant, and raspberry aromas lead to pepper, plum and licorice notes. It is complex, with elegant tannins and a lengthy finish.
