Organized Crime Cabernet Franc 2019

This elegant, wonderfully layered Cabernet Franc spent 16 months maturing in French oak and another full year in bottle before release. It features notes of black cherry, raspberry, oak spice, savoury herbs and licorice. Pair with brisket or barbecued lamb chops.
