OVIS Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Named for the sheep that prune the vineyard, the OVIS line represents Clay Shannon’s commitment to sustainable and organic farming. As of 2021, the 1,000-acre Shannon Family of Wines Lake County estate mountain vineyards are certified fully organic. This Cabernet was aged for two years in oak and is rich and structured, with dried fruit, black cherry, plum, chocolate, spice and leather. Enjoy through 2029+.
