Papale Linea Oro Primitivo di Manduria 2021

This rich, broad Primitivo shows black cherry, cassis, dark raspberry, plum, chocolate, spice, tar and smoke. It’s an intense wine, but one that doesn’t overstep, showing good balance, structure and authenticity. Pair it with barbecued ribs, a mild chicken curry, or smoked tofu steaks.
