Deep red colour with a good purple tint. The bouquet is blackberry conserve and a hint of graphite, while the palate is full-bodied and firm with taut tannins and a nicely balanced, lingering carriage. It’s rich and fleshy, full-bodied and all things are in good harmony. The structure justifies a little cellar time. Drink: 2021-2033. Score – 91. (Huon Hooke, therealreview.com, March 20, 2021)
