From an excellent vintage, this wine is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot matured for 12 months in oak barrels. Aromas and flavours evoke ripe currants, cherry, cedar bough, graphite and crushed rocks. Savour through 2034 and beyond with roast beef or lamb.
