This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc offers up ripe raspberry, currants, tobacco, and a sprinkle of cocoa powder. There’s nice depth and concentration, with ripe, chewy tannins. Serve it with grilled lamb, pasta bolognese, or a mushroom risotto.
