Product Details
This Pinot was given 10 to 15 days of skin contact during vinification and was aged for 10 months in neutral French oak barrels. Sleek, satiny and elegant, it evokes cherry and pomegranate along with earthy notes and hints of dried mushroom. A lovely choice for duck confit, filet mignon or a mushroom risotto. Serve slightly chilled and savour through 2028.
