Peninsula Ridge Falcon’s Nest Pinot Noir 2021

This Pinot was fermented in stainless steel and aged for 16 months in a combination of French and American oak. It offers ample black cherry, forest floor and vanilla tones. A wine to enjoy on its own or with your favourite roasted meats, mushroom-based dishes, or dark chocolate. This will evolve through 2028.
