Pertinace Barbaresco 2019

Red berry, pine forest, truffle and botanical herb aromas lead the nose. Linear and focused, the youthfully austere, racy palate shows sour cherry, star anise and orange zest framed in taut, fine-grained tannins that lend a drying close. Drink 2026-2031. Score – 93.
