Made from hand-picked grapes, this wine sees only minimal intervention throughout the vinification process to ensure that the truest possible expression of Niagara’s soil is reflected. It’s balanced and fresh, with dark berry, oak spice, smoke and mineral. A lovely match for mushroom burgers or roasted meats.
