Prunotto Barolo Bussia 2004

Monforte d’Alba. Very dark with a bright but narrow bricky rim. A little caramelly and with some development on the nose. Undergrowth and dried fruit. Palate shows solid core of ripe fruit, still quite tannic, and with almost tart acidity. When to drink: 2010-2032. Score – 17++. (Walter Speller, jancisrobinson.com, March 30, 2015)
