This blend of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Sousão comes from vineyards planted in 2005 selected by Tony Amaro of Toronto’s Opus Restaurant. The hot, dry 2018 vintage was the warmest in 86 years and required great attention in the vineyards to ensure a balanced maturation. This wine shows dark cherry, plum, clove, and pepper spice. Enjoy it with braised meats or cellar through 2028+.
