Quintarelli Alzero 2015

This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The fruit underwent partial air-drying, leading to higher alcohol and a palate slightly reminiscent of the appassimento style. Look for hints of dried raisin, sweet tobacco, graphite pencil shavings, and fresh dill. Drink till 2040+.
