Racines is a new project from Lieu Dit co-founder Justin Willett, Burgundian Étienne de Montille of Domaine de Montille, and Rodolphe Péters of Champagne’s Pierre Péters. This wine will be precise and focused, with ripe red and black fruit, spice, and sharply defined minerality.
