Rapaura Springs Reserve Pinot Noir 2020

This is a classic Otago Pinot bouquet filled with scents of freshly crushed dark cherries, then plums and a touch of black currant. A mineral and dried herb quality add depth and complexity to a youthful and ripe aroma package. Dry, fresh, fruity and varietal with flavours that mirror the bouquet alongside finer tannins, low wood impact with a medium+ acid line. Classic, balanced, refreshing, varietal, and well made.
